Good news! Unless a giant hailstorm hits again on Friday (3 years ago we had
90MPH winds & softball
hail!) the VCOs are shipping. I am tweaking the manual, adding some scope
shots and trying to get all
the typos out. ALL PARTS ARE BAGGED!! (over 13,000 of them!)
Everyone that has ordered VCO(s) should get them by Thursday of next week. I
can pack/ship about 20
a day. If I pack too much, the local post office won't accept them and I
have to drive to the "Bulk Mail Center"
an hour away! So, I have to space them out.
Also, the people that ordered assembled modules: these will ship next Friday
May 7th.
I have built 5 of these with 100% success! They do take a LONG time, about
5-6 hours. If you can beg/borrow a scope,
try to do so. If nothing else I like watching the resultant sine wave under
hard sync. Funky!
Lastly, next week I will be on non-MOTM activities. If you have questions,
try to call in the evenings from 9PM-11:30PM
Texas time. I will check email about every 3 hours. During the daytime
chances are I won't be here.
