Get the hell out of here! Are you kidding? That's great news. It really is a
neat, fun sequencer. I would add triggers (gate only in its current form) so
that something could be retriggered while the gate is high as well. A second
sequence would be wonderfully excellent too.
Funny--as if I haven't mentioned this enough, I'm looking for a new way to
rack/case my MOTM, and I was looking at a footlocker I have. I was thinking
I could mount the modules in the big end of the trunk, side to side, so that
the top modules are at the front of the footlocker. Then I would mount my
FR777, TR-606 and TB-303 in the lid of the box so that you could set the box
on its "back," open the lid, and have my sequencers right there in front.
Obviously this would be a massive kludge, and I'm not going to do this
specifically, but I guess it's just a long way to say my MOTM and FR777 go
together like Tony Orlando and Dawn.
Oh, and you'd need a wider panel I think considering the size of the
switches on the FR777. And with the generous real estate on all MOTM modules
thus far, I don't think you'd want to use smaller switches (they're
equivalent to TR-808 switches, 16 across).
