Subject: RE: [motm] Looking for a MOTM-990 distro board

Hi John,

As I’ve suggested before, someone should (re)design this PC board and put it up on OSH Park so that anyone can order the PCB and solder on the connectors themselves. The simplest solution would be for Paul to provide his Gerber files, since—in my understanding—neither he nor anyone else has any commercial stake in this item. Failing that, I could probably be talked into doing the design, if there were sufficient interest. Note that the minimum order from OSH Park is three boards, so some sort of group buy might be useful. That would have to be up to someone else, though.

So, there are several questions: 1) what, exactly, do people want? A clone of the 990? If so, what are the specs? I can deduce a fair amount from the photo here http://synthtech.com/motm/accessories/ but I’d need to know a part number for those screw terminal blocks and the specs for the caps. 2) How many people want one?

Hi all!

I'm on the hunt for a MOTM-990 power distribution board (the one with that supports a +5v rail with some 6 pin connectors)

Thanks!
