To Andrew,

Thank you for this reference. I justbought his CD. I happen to live in NE Ohio andone of my local favorites is Apollo’s Fire (absolutely amazing ensemble). So Richard’s music is worth a serious listen.

To Kenneth,

Congrats on another successful troll onAH. You dropped a well-designed price bomb and quite a few are biting. It’sa worthy question, but so far in my opinion the point is missed. I think yourobservations of late illuminate that the internet, while enabling, does not necessarily, collectively amplify knowledge or collaboration.

Regards,

Greg

Thanks so much toeveryone for the kind words about my Firebird recording. It really means a lotto read the nice comments from all of you. Thanks again! To help keep this ontopic for the MOTM list, many if not most of the modules I used on that recordingwere MOTM modules.

I'd also like torecommend list member Richard Galbraith's music on soundcloud. He recorded somevery beautiful renaissance period music on his modular. All of his tracks aretop notch, and very moving. His use of dynamics is something that I really missin most electronic recordings. Give his tracks a listen here:

Thanks for posting this--It looks like a great resource!

Yes, I agree -- Andrew's "Firebird" clip was extremely close! I onlymeant that... well, I know Tomita's version SO well that the tiniestdifferences catch my ear. But your right -- in every important respect, it'squite an excellent realization.
