I work in the pro audio industry, which is a tiny little casual industry. And even there I've seen corporate policies about posting on internet forums. That us nothing compared to the "real" world of corporate America such as major software and semiconductor manufacturers. These types of restrictions in employment agreements is commonplace, and an example of HOUR departments run amuck. Sad but true.
