Hi, all!

If I may be so bold as to step in where I'm not wanted:   ;->

∗ - As with most of the Western languages, we read from left to right
∗ - Therefore, if we consider that "standard", a RAMP wave would increase from left to right
∗ - A SAWTOOTH would be the opposite, decreasing from left to right
∗ - (Even though actual sawteeth rely on the ramp of the teeth to cut on the push stroke for Western saws [as opposed to say, a dozuki or ryoba], if you turn it the right way...  ;-)  )
∗ - There is a tremendous probability that I may be completely F.O.S.  This, however, is how I've discerned a SAW from a RAMP wave.

To use that tired old saw  ;->, YMMV.

Guess I need to find something to do...

Yes, that´s a question to ask Oakley synths who uses the term "ramp" on their LFO ;)

What is a ramp wave if not a saw?

Hi, can the LFOs with the "shape" control make a ramp wave from the saw?

Thanks
