I wasn't going to comment on this,
but here goes......
Currently I am running MOTM(5u), DOTcom, FRAC & Euro in a custom cabinet. There are GREAT modules being produced in all formats!
 
The idea that Euro-guys will grow into 5u is strange to me.
Especially when Paul is making the same quality in 5u & Euro.....
 
If you need to be Mobile, then FRAC or Euro is best.
5u is great if your system lives in One Room or
if you can afford Keith Emerson's tech!!
 
It is obvious that Paul is doing better$$ with Euro,
but Roger appears to be doing well with 5u...........
 
For the price of a small cab w/power & some 1/8" cables or adaptors,
you might want to consider adding a side-car on your big systems......

My sentiments exactly! MOTM 5U is the very best and I'm sure it will win many converts once you're able to bring delivery times down via SMT.


Personally, I wasn't excited about the Pulse Divider but I am still committed to expanding my (rather large) MOTM synth and I absolutely will buy more 5U modules when you bring them out. Party on!

I started on a (borrowed) Serge, built up a bunch of MOTM, sold half of it and bought Euro format and now selling all of my Euro modules. They sound OK but they don't feel as good nor do they strike me as gear that will be around in 10 years. I anticipate my MOTM gear to be inherited by my son!
