The market for MOTM modules is too small to generate a meaningful
answer to this question.
Build your modules as best you can. Replacing a pot or four is not
too hard to do down the road. Replacing 100 pots in a large modular
is. Whether or not to spend an extra $60 in parts in exchange for a
∗brick and rebar∗ shithouse is a judgement call everyone will make
differently.
IMO modulars should be designed for a 100 year duty cycle. I also buy
used modules assembled by amateurs (like myself) that have unsealed
pots. Such is war.
