Hiya, Koos! Still spending any time in Florida? Anyway...

Others on this list are more qualified to answer, and I've got no
idea what the circuit does, but if you just need a "generic" op amp I
would suggest the LF442 because has low power consumption. (Ray
Wilson uses the 442 and/or 444 in his battery-powered Sound Lab.)
