Subject: Plans are set

What I plan to do is as follows (in order):
a) finish up the E340 (about 20 hours of CAD time left, both pcb and
mechanical)
b) schematic capture the SEM VCF
c) finish the schematics for the '520 (swapping power supply circuit due to
new TI voltage regulators)
d) work on the SEM pc board layout first, then the '520. Probably bounce
back-and-forth a bit.
e) fab the production test SEM boards, beta test
f) fab and assemble the '520 boards, finish firmware
The SEM boards/module will come out first but the '520 will not be that far
behind. Note that:
1 - the E340 is coming out first because it's 80% finished and frankly I
need the money
2 - I'm not going to spend much time on the SEM or the '520 until the
current backlog is reduced by ∗50%∗
Looking ahead at my schedule, I will estimate that:
a) E340 will be ready in late April/early May
b) SEM boards/module will be June
c) '520 ready in late July/early August
Right now, I am working on
1 - shipping all '730 orders (I have 9 left to go with 4 going out tomorrow)
2 - finishing up 1 large and 3 medium assembled orders (thanks Art Institute
of Chicago!)
Mid-next week, I am stopping assembled work (which I have been doing solid
since October) and finishing up ALL the MOTM kits in the backlog. The ones
left to do are mostly VCOs and the '320 LFO and the '480 VCF. This will take
me a good 2 weeks maybe 3. The '700 will be the ∗last∗ module to ship, I
just paid the bill for the '380 panels and now will get quotes for the '700
panel.
As to the FFB, it has to be pushed out and re-evaluated.
