| Any quantizer delivered by Synth Tech would have to offer features that are significantly different from the current offerings on the market. Apart from using tuning tables (which would allow it to be used like a sequencer when driven from an LFO or the 730) and thereby allowing microtuning (mentioned in another email), I can't think of anything. It would have to be partnered with another function. There's also, as John alludes to, the time to market factor.
