Subject: RE: [motm] What cable is right for modular synths?

Yes, those would be some good choices. I have a big pile of Switchcraft
phone plugs that I've been sitting on for years and was going to sell most
of them on Ebay . . until last July when I got back in modulars! ;-) So,
I've been thinking about cable a lot myself.

Lately I've been leaning towards Mogami W2791 Broadcast Mic Cable for its
durability. It's $0.17 more per foot than the Mogami W2524 you (and I) are
considering but I think it may be worth it in the long run:

Redco is a great outfit to buy from too! They have some nice Neutrik plugs
and their own knockoff brand plugs for $0.80 to $1.03 if you want to save
some money over Switchcraft.
