Thanks for your responses. The problem isn't my MOTM its my OMS-410. I bought it from another listmember years ago and never used it much as there was a problem with the LFo connection. I now see that that isn't the only issue. I will contact Tony and see if he can help me.

Yes, I think you have a problem there. I have two of the MOTM/OMS 410 
combos and both of them exhibit no change in frequency when the LFO 
depth pot drops below the 1.5 mark.
