Looks great! It's fun to make a mock-up to get an overall idea of what
you are initially shooting at. You will find out over time that no
matter what you planned at first, it will grow bigger. (Really, I've
been there.) If you want portability, here's an idea that I recently
implemented that has about the same capacity as yours:

My thought was to build two smaller cabinets, each with a self-contained
power supply. These are in really strong road cases with hard
protective covers and good handles. MOTM sized modules add up in weight
pretty fast. But I can easily lift one of these fully loaded.

As for the multiples, you won't need that many. One MOTM-910 may be
enough in a 40U system. Two at most.

What's your plan for the bus jacks?
