Subject: looking for MOTM-101 build sheets and schematics

Hello everybody, I'm hoping somebody can help me out. I've been wanting to build a
MOTM-101 Noise generator/s&h kit for a few years now, and although I paid Paul for one
about TWO YEARS AGO, he has never delivered it to me, despite my cordial reminders to
him and his many estimated delivery times. So I'm done waiting for that, although I
haven't gotten my money back either. If someone could help me out, and email me a scan
of the kit instructions and schematics, I would really be grateful.
I'm also curious to know who else out there is still waiting for kits or any kind of orders
from Synthtech. Am I an unusual case? I've bought 15 MOTM kits in 6 orders, since March
of 2006, every one of them was late being delivered, usually took several months(~3 to 6),
at least one order took over a year. Does anyone continue to place orders? What kind wait
times are you experiencing? I know this may sound crazy, but despite the fact that I'm
still waiting after two years for a MOTM-101 kit, I recently (Sept. 2, 2008) placed an order
(payed with Paypal) for two MOTM 300 front panels and two pcb boards, which never
shipped either. I had recently communicated with Paul about how it's now been 2 years
waiting for the MOTM101, and incidently how long would it take if I purchased a couple of
in stock panels and pcbs. He replied that those ship out every 10 days.
I must admit that I don't understand the mentality of owing people kits, not delivering
them, but continuing to sell more, and then not delivering them either. I would suspect
that it is illegal, and I am pondering taking unpleasant steps to remedy the situation.
Does anyone have any constructive thoughts on this subject?
