Closest to which MS-20 ? The KORG 35 version or the LM13600
version ?

René Schmitz's says "late MS-20 filter" so it must be the LM13600.

The MOTM-420, on the other hand, I understand is based on Jürgen
Haible's clone of the KORG 35 version. Its parts list is
suspiciously short on transistors, though... In any case, I own a
KORG 35 and while playing the MOTM-420 demos on synthtech.com, the
thought "but this sounds like my MS-20 !" completely failed to
occur to me. For whatever that may be worth.
