yes, the Modcan one includes a driver oscillator, too -- and the
module is really expensive ($549).
unfortunately Blacet no longer sells the basic (ie format neutral)
kits, so it's necessary to buy a Frac kit ($189). Schaeffer in
Germany (aka Front Panel Express in the US) can make a panel
(probably $50ish), and Bridechamber sells suitable brackets (cheap).
then you can either reuse the Frac pots somehow or get some
Alpha/Bourns/Spectrol etc, and Alcoswitch knobs or equivalent. MOTM
can supply those IIRC.
sounds like hassle, but the Miniwave is worth it. i have an MOTM
format one, i love it to death, and i'm going to have another when my
life permits it.
