I took photos at his concert in CO a yearago; they’re here:

Some of them are blurry because thelighting was quite low and I didn’t want to be obnoxious and use a flash.
If I remember correctly, his live rig isbasically:
MOTM Modular (with two Encore frequencyshifters and at least one UEG)
Wavestation
Ensoniq ASR (I think—some Ensoniqsynth)
DX7II of some variety
Steel guitar which he plays in a varietyof ways, including bowing it with a metal rod and leaving an E-bow sitting onit
Two Apple laptops, one really old running MIDI sequences in Opcode Vision and one fairly newrunning Ableton Live
A number of PVC flutes of his ownconstruction, in different keys for different songs since he doesn’t useE12T
Line 6 delay pedal, Pod, and some otherdelay/FX pedals
Some basic outboard stuff I don’tremember clearly
I’m not sure what the object belowthe modular is; I think it’s a little keyboard of some sort. He usessmall headphones for monitoring.

Boy, every time I see a Robert Rich concert video itmakes me want to
see him live! Surely he'll be in the L.A. area eventually. Heck,
I'll roadie for him just to see his stage setup. I'm good at picking
things up and putting them down!
Off to the RR website...
