Here's one I just threw together, I'm not sure if anyone has written
about it yet:
Waveshaper
Basics needed: VCO & 700. for modulation, a CV source (LFO, EG, etc)
and a CV mixer, and/or another VCO
Both switches are set to voltage
Take a sine or triangle from a VCO into Y of the 700
Plug C into A, and D into B
X will be the output
If you're using the sine from the VCO, plug the triangle into both CV
inputs (or vice versa)
Moving the knobs changes the waveform of the output signal.
If you first take the CV wave from the VCO, and mix it with another
CV source, and then plug it into the CV inputs, you can get some
modulation of the waveshaping, with different breakpoints being set
by the knobs.
If you plug another VCO into the top CV input, you can get some weird
FM stuff happening.
