Subject: Re: [motm] Four MOTM-700 VC Router patches

From: Paul Bower <vulture.squadron@...>

tip #1 - use the channel a to set up a 2 note arp, feed the output in channel b and...

tip #2 - use the channel b to set up a key change

of course it requires a pulse divider to drive all this - whether MOTM pulse divider (is that out yet ?) or wonderfully cheap CGS pulse divider (i love em) or a very simple divider built around a 4580 (i think)

yep that's exactly what i'm doing - i'm using the 700 to randomly
choose between the 3 notes which form the major chord of the scale,
set up with a JLH-822. this decision forms half of a melody voice, a
component of The Factory. The Factory is barely crawling right now
but when it's walking and puking i'll post more details....

and the 700 makes a great little arpeggiator too with the help of
Larry's wonderful voltage shift modules
(but now is a very bad time for me to do a patch - hopefully, over
the weekend i'll get time...)
