No. The power for the +5V portion will be specified separately.

For example, a Power One HTAA-16W-A supply used in the MOTM-950 has these specs:

+5V 2A
+-15V 400ma

You ∗can∗ use a separate +5V supply with a MOTM-900 ∗if∗ you use a MOTM-990 pc
board.
