I too worry about the brackets.  Apossible solution:

You can get precut stainless steel from here:

http://www.metalexpress.net/

A 5.5 inch x 6 inch 22 ga piece, about 4pot short bracket size, is $2.51 each in quantity 10.  You have to drilland bend though.

You can ge a small brake for bending fromthis place, look for the 18 inch version:

A drill press is also recommended.  Ialready have one for panel drilling.

Sad but understandable news.  If a side venture makes you hate theday you were born, it is probably not a venture you should be into!

I, speaking only for myself, would like to see Stooge keep doing:

1.- panels (but I can live with FPE)

2.- brackets (I know of no alternative)

3.- cables (but I have lots already....)

So really, if you cannot make this work, I need to find a way to makebrackets.  Am I completely off my nut or would I just need a drill press,a shear and a brake to fab 'em myself?
