Subject: Re: [motm] An easy question....

All of the MOTM CV inputs on ∗every∗ module can take -5V to +5V. Now, you need
to understand what '-' means :)

When you apply a "negative" voltage to a CV input, it means the overall CV into
the module, which is the ∗sum∗ of the front panel pots AND the CV in, will
∗decrease∗.

For example, if you set a MOTM-440 FREQ pot to the '6' tick, and input -2V, it
is ∗exactly the same∗ as if you put it on the '4' tick to start with. You can
think of negative CVs turning panel pots counter-clockwise (lower), and a
positive CV turning the pot clockwise.
