I have just "turned on" the shipping options for US Postal shipping.

Note that there is a $5 handling fee because UPS is the ∗preferred∗
shipper. But, they don't go everywhere, and Express (EMS) shipping
overseas is in many cases cheaper (by 50%) if you want something quick.

Please note: just because you specify "quick shipping", that's the
carrier's time, not the Paul S./Paul H. time :)
