Subject: New music sample on my website

It is snowing here and -- not having much module building to tackle this
weekend -- I made a little patch and uploaded a sample of it to my
website on the music page. I called it "Chimes".

The chime chords are a typical patch I do with the CGS Infinite Melody,
Blacet Miniwave quantizer, and CGS Analog Shift Register. Some of the
more interesting things to me about this patch are the nice resonance of
the MOTM-490 (I wish I had my still-to-be-completed dual 480 to try here
too), and the random quality of the gates. I used the MOTM-101 Slow
random output through one of my comparators to make a data input for the
CGS shifter (Gated Comparator). Two shifter outputs become the gates
for the left and right VCA channels. Then I used the Smooth output from
the Wogglebug to modulate a MOTM-390 VC LFO that generates the advance
clock for the Infinite Melody, the clock for the CGS shifter, and the
clock for the CGS divider. The /3 and /4 outputs of the divider clock
the two ASRs. I just discover this stuff playing around. What fun!
