This speaks to what I brought up in my previous post about not
comparing Synthtech to other companies. I take it as confirmation,
whether it is or not, hehe. :)

A wise policy, IMHO.

Well, FWIW, I don't expect that kind of turnaround. Every once in a
while I think about diy'ing the rest of my synth - I have the technical
background and I think it is theoretically possible. It would (might?)
be cheaper than buying MOTM kits, and I wouldn't have to wait for
them... Those thoughts last for about 10 seconds. I still have an
unbuilt 800 EG sitting in a drawer, lol - quick delivery time is not an
issue for me. And though I want to do some diy, I don't want to do it
to build my synth cheaper or faster - this is a "luxury" item for me
anyway, so if it takes years to build, fine.

No gripes!! You're doing a great job, and a great service to us all!
One suggestion: we need more swag! How 'bout a black T-shirt with the
Synthech logo on it, and/or another cool design? A picture of a big
MOTM system on the back? Or front? Have a contest and let other
people design it and you pick the one you like best... or something
like that so you don't have to spend a lot of time on it.
