Sure! First off, if you haven't played with a theremin they're a bit like
violins: it takes a long time to learn to play one well, and until you do
they sound pretty bad :D I want a quantizer module for the MOTM (wouldn't
be hard to add one to the MOTM-600 in software...)

Secondly, it's hideously expensive for what is essentially a 2 channel CV
controller (or at least that's what I use mine for...) but if you want
accurate tracking and CV there aren't a lot of other options short of
building your own. Fortunately it's stunningly beautiful in person, which
makes the price tag easier to justify to oneself once it arrives. My
girlfriend actually wanted to play :D

I've had it for a while, but I really haven't had a lot of time beyond the
initial first week to get to know it. Given that, and what I've heard
from more experienced theremin players in the city, it doesn't get any
nicer than Bob's Etherwave Pro.

...and to answer your question, yes, it plays nicely with the MOTM :) I
especially like driving a gated sequence and manually playing the pitch
and filter res. I often find I have to shape the output a bit (bias
adjust) to get the right response, but once everything is dialed in it's
grand :)
