Subject: RE: [motm] Fwd: [wiardgroup] 1/4" versions of 1200

By coincidence, just yesterday morning Iwas trying to find a source of joystick mechanisms. I came up empty-handed,except for some very expensive (~$300) industrial units. If anyone knows of orfinds a supplier for something more in the hobbyist price range, I’dappreciate hearing about it.

Yeah, so the obvious direction I would head is to try and find asupplier of quality joysticks (anyone? I hate those itsy bitsy ones...) and dothe Stooge Panel thing and MUUB up some MOTM version of a sexy joystickcontroller.

That would be nice, but have you seen the price? For how cheap it is, Idon't expect you're getting any additional features.

I would be interested in the 1209B Joystick and button device. In MOTMformat, I would like to see scaling knobs for the joystick and more triggerbuttons to justify a 2U module.
