If you are in the US, please do ∗NOT∗ fill in the 'country' in the order form
(leave it alone). If you put "United States" in there it messes up the shipping.
I think I can figure out if you are in or not :)
The shopping cart app will be installed over the holidays and all of this
nonsense will be resolved (to be replaced by different nonsense, probably).
