Thanks to everyone who wrote kind words about their cables. My only major
disappointment this time was how long they took because of my own
circumstances. "Normally," it takes about 4 weeks from the time I have all
order send to the vendor until I have the last of them shipped.
Thanks also to Paul Schreiber who pays me directly for the extra charges
associate with putting the Synth Tech Logo on your cables. To me, this adds
a touch of class to the product without adding to your own out of pocket
expense. We here at the cable division of Stooge Products (that would be
me, myself and I), are proud to be the sole supplier of officially licensed
and branded Synth Tech Logo cables.
For the second time, I had multiple mistakes from the vendor who supplies my
wise guy cables. Mostly, these were heat shrink application errors that
will delay the shipment of some cables to about 5 of you. I thought about
dumping those guys. But, they are the only supplier I have for the large
barrel 3.5 mm connectors which many of you have specifically expressed your
desire to have. They have always been good about fixing mistakes, and I do
not expect this time to be any different. All cables needing changes will
ship out tomorrow and will receive a speedy turn around.
My last 2 words on Stooge cables:
I might make mistakes, but your satisfaction is guaranteed. If ∗anything∗
is not right or does not meet your satisfaction in ∗any∗ way for ∗any∗
reason, all you have to do is tell me. I will make it right for you.
Occasionally, a cable will fail. I think we had 3 or 4 in the last batch of
1200 that were bad due to overheating during soldering. Maybe you might not
discover it for a while (sometimes it hard to use every cable in a patch).
Matters not. If one of your cables fails, you be sure to let me know.
Unless you pull cables out like I tighten nuts, you're good for a
replacement. :-)
Best,
Stooge Larry
P.S. I am off to meet with Dave Bradley this coming weekend for some R&R and
to commit to a schedule for the next round of Stooge panels. Oh, we are
bringing wives and motorcycles. :-)
