Subject: **Site doing down this weekend**

((and hopefully, back up!))
I am upgrading my 'level of service' with my hosting ISP. This will
double my website disk space. And oddly, save me $19/month.
Also, I have decided to deploy the Zen-Cart PHP shopping cart.
This will ∗eventually∗ replace the Order Form on my site. It's not
a 'new site' but a new section of the site, like browsing around
amazon.com. It has a 'shopping cart' motif that ties into MySQL.
So, you will have to set up an account (which is the SAME stuff
you fill in anyway) and then 'log in'. But, from this point forward,
the site is really cool. Here are some benefits:
a) the postage is more accurately calculated.
b) I will have a PayPal link-over for modules AND CEM chips
c) I can keep track of all the previous orders much easier
d) adding products is a breeze
e) you can buy gift certificates (codes). Perfect for Christmas :)
f) I can offer specials/sales/etc with little effort
The site will go down over the weekend for ~4 hours. The site
will have a NEW domain ∗∗number∗, not a new name. In fact
this will be the 3rd number I've have (not that I ever typed those in).
Usually, the site maintenance is 2-6AM on Saturdays. But it
could be anytime. So, if you get a 404 error, don't panic :)
It's going to take 2-3 weeks for me to get the cart set up. Assuming
I ∗can∗ (now I have to learn PHP and cPanel and God knows what
else).
I received all the parts for the MOTM-960/995 connector boards today,
the '995 boards themselves are due Sept. 8th (I'm making 60).
MOTM-950 power supplies are out today, but I'll get more Monday
if Allied delivers as promised.
