I was transferring some reels to my hard drive when I came across a track I though would be good to share. Its a jam to tape I did some time ago featuring my MOTM and MOTMized Time Machine.
Anyway, its noise but its pretty hi-fi noise and thats what I thought would be interesting to share. I'm using my 2x 300s, 420, 440, some Egs, 190, 110, 490, Blacet-TM and MOTM 10.
This goes to 2 channels of my console and then to a R2R @ 15ips. It was captured to digital via an RME Multiface at 44.1/24-- dithered to 16 bit for the AIFF and MP3.
Other than some panning there are no outboard fx or eq.
There are 2 versions of the file (dubiously named longhair01) as AIFF and MP3 depending on your bandwidth.
Be careful it has wide dynamics. The oscillators really sing on this track IMO. Bug music!
