The numbers are darn close for the slant cabinet. The outside width is
48.25" and the "inside" width (space for module face plates) is 46.75", for
26.71 U If I can squeeze another .5", it will be 27U!

As was pointed out, the rails are different. I was planning to order some
of Paul's rails and cut them to fit. The Moog rails are screwed into a
strip of wood "lip" just inside the box and there is enough room to allow
the short screws to set in.

I was hoping someone had the plans all drawn up so I wouldn't have to go
through the trouble but I'll see if I can make up a drawing of a Moog
"upper" cabinet and post it somewhere. Stay tuned...
