This reminds me of a post to rec.audio.pro back in '95, when the 'net
was a nice place to be and void of spam and porn:

There are several such innovations to at B∗se! One is Larger Driver
Technology (tm). This extremely clever approach uses a single large
driver to reproduce low bass instead of several small drivers! The
"engineers" there have stumbled onto something known as The Free-
Air Resonance (tm) of a loudspeaker. It seems that the lower it is,
the greater capability for greater low end bandwidth.

Also being developed is the use of Direct/Direct (tm) technology.
This is the result of extremely advanced research into the bowels
of acoustics, and the research has shown that more accuracy can
be obtained by NOT USING EXTRA DRIVERS TO SIMULATE WIERD AND FUNKY
REFLECTIONS! Those whizzes at B∗se have found Better Sound Through
Research by NOT SIMULATING REFLECTIONS CLAIMED TO BE THE SAME AS
THOSE IN A CONCERT HALL!

They have foregone "Acoustic Mass (tm)" in favor of "Acoustic
Weight (tm)" in order to acknowlege the presence of the force of
gravity.

In short, we should see some mind-boggling and awesome advances in
loudspeaker engineering soon. Prepare to bow low to The Most Respected
Name in Audio!
