Fixed 101, added 100, & 110. Added block diagraming symbol set based
loosly on roland format (and removed redundant symbols.)

"If you would like your own patches hosted here, I would be happy to do so
as long as I can support the bandwidth. Please create a zip file
containing the following:
- A unicode or ascii text file containing the title of the patch, a breif
description of what it does, and the name by which you wish to be credited.
- An Acrobat PDF of the patch, and optionally the source file
(ie: graffle) used to create it.
- A small PNG or JPG image file that is less than 4096 bytes.
- An optional MP3 file, no more than 5 seconds long, demonstrating the patch."
