Subject: Of Synths and Stooges - some progress

I know I have been more quiet than usual here. As most of you know, I have
been consumed by my regular job for several weeks. But, some progress has
been made, so here is a MINI update.
I am out of town all weekend. So, I'll be out of touch until Monday
CABLES: I have not sent out the cable invoices. I'm sorry for the delay.
That is my # 1 priority to get back on track when I return.
CA3080 chips, group buy: I received these chips yesterday. Packing and
shipping to start soon. Expect an invoice soon.
FLAT RAILS: Another large batch of these has been completed by the metal
shop. They are at powdercoat and will be back to me soon. I'll make a
group announcement when they are back in stock, ready to ship. I am
guessing about 2 weeks.
SKB CASE POWER SUPPLY PANELS: (actually for any 19" rack) These are now in
stock. I will make these available in a variety of configurations ranging
from "you buy the panel with holes to convert your own MOTM_900" to "I get
the supply from Paul and send you an assembled ready to use unit." I have
shipped one and have a second one assembled. An option I expect to be
popular is to include multiple on this panels. Not only can you free up 3
spaces in your pop-up case from the power supply, by another by not
including a separate multiple module. I will put information with photos
and pricing on my website soon.
BRACKETS: All sizes continue to be in stock
STOOGE PANELS: We have several new panels in the design stage. If you have
a new design you want this time around, please send you ideas or concept
drawings to Moe and me. Dave (Moe) Bradley has been very busy also at work
and our progress has been absolutely at a snails pace. I hope to get the
new designs on line in the near future and talk about starting to take
orders. But, that will not take place until I have the cable orders
completely processed and all the CA3080 ICs shipped.
SKB POP-UP backs - These have been out of stock for quite some time. When
we run panels, I plan to ask the metal shop to run a small batch to cover
those that want them and maybe put back a very small number in stock. I do
not plan to maintain a large inventory of these ever again. If you have
asked me about getting some in the past, I have saved your mail. If you
are interested in getting some, send me an e-mail and tell me how many so I
know how many to ask for.
