I third this: DO NOT USE UPS TO SHIP TO CANADA!!!!!!! Use USPS if you can.
Digikey is the best place to buy from (in
Canada), because you'll get your order in less
than 48 hours (usually 24) and only pay $8 in
shipping. Mouser does not have such a nice system
in place, but I still order from them.
