Paul S. has asked me to take the lead in putting together the
official MOTM CDRom. This CDRom will include all manuals for all
the kits.
In addition we would like to include photographs showing assembly of
the various modules.
We would also like to include numerous sound files of the modules in
use. It would be a big added plus if those contributing sound files
could include patching diagrams to go with them.
We would also like to include a gallery of MOTM systems.
We are asking you to help us by contributing materials for this
project.
If anyone has any suggestions for additional material to include
please post it to this group.
Anyone who wishes to contribute should send their files to me, not
to Paul S.
You can email them to me at
phaneber@.... Please include a
description of what you are sending.
If you have a lot please burn it on a CDRom and mail it to me.

My email box is only so big.
Preferred format for photos is TIFF, but hi-res JPGs are acceptable.
Preferred format for sound files is tracks on an audio CD but high
quality JPEGs will be accepted.
We may used uncompressed audio on the CDRom, or we may use MP3s. It
depends how much is submitted. If we use MP3s they will be at a
high rate.
Patch diagrams can be any format you wish as long as I can read it.
I will put all patch diagrams into a common format.
Pictures of your MOTM system should be labelled according to the
following:
Make your filename MOTMxxxx with the xxxx representing the last four
digits of your phone number. If I get a whole bunch of files all
labelled MyMotm or MySystem, I'll have to rename them all.
No submissions will be credited. Paul S. and I will make the final
determination as to what gets included.
The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2005. The target date for
publishing the CDRom is July 31, 2005.
This CDRom can be a great resource, but we need your help,
especially with unique and interesting sounds and patches.
Thanks in advance for your submissions.
