Yeah! Way to go Paul!
But why an ARM7 rather than an ARM10 or 11? I would have thought if
you're going to be doing DSP, then floating point is kind of nice to have!
(Not that I care, really - the ARM is hands down the nicest machine
I've ever written assembler for. And fixed-point DSP is fast as f∗∗k
'cos it gives you those free barrel-shifts to bring fixed-point
numbers back into scale after a multiply).
So what's the FPGA for? Just for handling USB?
Either way, a couple of inputs, a couple of outputs, four knobs and a
2x16 LCD screen and I'll buy at least two of these!
