Banana jacks have only one contact; bananacables have only one conductor in them. The ‘ground wire/connection’is basically handled at one point in the circuit, and not brought out to everyjack. Can it be converted? Sure, but it’s not a one-for-one jackswap-out.

That was my feeling as well but thereseems to be a jack spacing issue with the Analogics-acs quantizer that wouldmake it mechanically difficult.
