One other thought. Somebody made the point a few days ago about MOTM not
being just another VCO/VCF/EG/VCA purveyor. This is one of those modules
that puts some spice into your system. It's kind of a "two trick pony". Use
it with the LFOs sweeping and swirling the sound around for the Jarre
effect. For this use, it's more akin to an effect like a phasor that you'd
apply to an overall sound, and even works with polyphonic patches. Or, turn
the LFOs off, and you have a poor man's formant filter. Tune the filters at
high resonance to get vowel like sounds. The reason I say "poor man's" is
because at some point I think Paul should design a purpose-built formant
filter, which would have independant voltage control to each filter. Then
you'll be able to sequence different vowel sounds!
