Subject: duophony

I know it's archaic by some standards, but I've had the guts of an old
Paia CV keyboard controller laying around for a while and have finally
put a circuit together (EFM KBD2E board) to put it to use. It's working
good and I've been hacking a second board to add douphonic capability.

I have the choice know of setting the second voice to double the first
if only one note is pressed or to remain silent. So, if one note is
pressed it, either one VCO in a typical patch or both VCOs play note 1
until a second note is pressed, when the second vco would switch to the
second note.

Any opinions on either configuration?

Thanks.
