With that setup and only 1U left, I would add one of the following depending
on your preference:

310 uVCO - more complex single patch voices
390 uLFO - more modulation sources with 2 LFOs
490 uVCF - Moog flavor Filtering, if this is a priority, can also open this
wide for simple mixing of 420/440 into VCA.
800 ADSR - 3rd envelope, use on synced VCO, for instance, or VC LFO shape,
or second VCF

On the 890 UMixer - I agree you don't have much need for CV mixing in this
setup as the VCFs/VCOs have it built in. Mixing is still useful for
paralleling your 420 and 440 filters into the VCA. In your current setup a
series connection is the only option unless you use the 120 for filter
mixing. But you could use the 490 with frequency wide open for audio
mixing, and it is only $40 more.

The 110 is a dual VCA or VCA/RM, so the 190 would not add as much as the
other options, IMHO.
