Hi Paul,
two things I experienced:
The thank-you-for-your-order-screen shows fields for a shipping
address and a bill to address.
But the order form itself just provides fields for the "ship address".
The State/Province field is probably not applicable for many customers
outside the USA. Nevertheless it asks to be filled in.
