You can’t.
What I can do for you is tell you theissuing bank of the credit card for you from the 1st 6 digits ofthe CC, you can call them & ask them to get ahold of the client....theyshould do that for you (I run a company that helps do fraud screening for onlinemerchants)
I can also tell you the town (most likely)they are in from their IP address if you want
