As far as electronic content, I would suggest Outpost (though I am further
biased because I am an Ian Boddy fan). As suggested, the context is
about an outpost on a distant planet. The music is not "70's sci-fi",
but more semi-minimalist electronics with percussive electronic
realizations throughout (though not exclusively). A very well-done album
(again, my opinion).

The rest of the albums that you mentioned are either not electronic or
IMHO not at the 'top' of Robert's creations. You may also want to check
out Propogation. Lots of acoustic percussive and wind instruments, but
lots of electronic synth stuff also. The latter is one of my favorites,
as is Beastiary.
