I agree that the Blacet TM is a good choice. It is certainly not going to
be clean like a nice digital delay. But, if analog is what you want, this
is the one from our friend John Blacet.
Once you get one you have 3 very good options to use it in the MOTM size
format. If you build yourself, you can buy a Stooge or Schaeffer panel and
a Stooge mounting bracket and build it into the large format. If you buy
your stuff built, buy one of John Blacet's neat conversion panels that holds
his modules in the MOTM space and gives you a spot at the bottom to wire up
the extra 1/4" jacks.

For a digital delay with better user interface and much better sonic quality

DM2000 (older vintage). These are both rack units. Paul has started
working on a digital delay but you know how long the delay can be (pun
intended).
