As you can imagine, I am really disappointed.  I am trying to decide if:
a.  I can possibly break in another cabinet maker.  Sigh....
b.  I will be staying in the cabinet business after I make those of you that
want to hang in there for now happy.
What I find surprising about this is that all the hard work (the mental work -- getting the measurements and design down) is now done, and now all the work for the cabinet maker is cutting, fitting and assembling. Seems like rote wood working to me and it would be easy to get someone to cut fifty boards of size X and twenty boards of size Y. I can't understand why none of these guys want to do it -- maybe there's not enough art/craft to that kind of work.
