Subject: The most basic patch

Hey everyone,

Well, after a year and a half, my studio is about to have it's grand opening. In this time I've been busy building kits and for the first time I have everything put together in a rack <http://abstracks.com/temp/motm_voyager.JPG>. Pictured is my MOTM rack, a Moog Voyager, a VX-351 and a FutureRetro 777 (on top of the rack).

My MOTM rack has 2 190's, 2 800's, a 310, 2 LFO's and 2 filters.

So, now that I have it together, I'm trying to set up a basic patch. I want to make a simple bass or lead patch and I'm having trouble figuring out what goes where.

I want to use the voyager to trigger the MOTM. Out of the VX-351 I have CV pitch, gate, trigger and velocity. So far all I've been able to do is get the key down (note on) to change the pitch but I can't seem to figure out how to make the gate work so that when I let up on a key, the note stops.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
