So how doesone arrange modules such that over time, one spends more time makingglorious noises and an ever-decreasing amount of time learning how touse the system?  Thank you in advance.

I generally leads towards two ideas:
a. follow the general flow of controls and sounds from left toright. So starting from left you have VCOs, noise, RM and stuff, thenmixers, then VCFs, ADSRs and VCA, with LFOs and other stuff locatedinbetween as suit (some LFOs at the VCOs, and other LFOs close to theVCFs).
b. group modules together to form "instruments".

I am just into reconfiguring modules (again!), as I haveexpanded. I I now seem to have a preference towards "similarmodules together" - as in all the envelope generators (of allkinds) in one place, and all the LFOs in one place etc., because eachtime I use the modular I tend to "build instruments anew"every time, and I like to know where to look and move my fingers eachtime I want to change something.
